As co-founder, managing director and main shareholder of the csi group, Steffen Boll has always shaped the development of csi. Now he builds his commitment even further and takes over the remaining 49 percent of the shares that were held by AUDI AG since 2011. With the purchase, he is the sole shareholder and holds 100% of the shares in the csi group.
Steffen Boll is thus clearly committed to the future viability of his company, its employees and all of our national and international customers. Despite the realignment of the shareholder structure, the previous, very successful cooperation with AUDI AG is being further intensified and strategically expanded.
