New technological approaches are continuously incorporated into our development work. As a licensed partner of the TactoTek ecosystem, we also have the option of utilising IMSE® technology where required. In addition, we have expertise in using a variety of technologies.
Adopting an open approach to technology and focusing on solutions, we develop contour, ambient, surface and functional lighting systems.

We accompany the entire development process of vehicle lighting: from optical and thermal concept development to mechanical component design and approval. Our strength lies in the seamless integration of the lighting systems into the overall product or vehicle.
We have already implemented numerous demanding projects for well-known automotive manufacturers. In doing so, we reliably solve the complex integration of technology and modern design under the tightest installation space specifications.
In order to guarantee an error-free convergence between lighting design and vehicle, we rely on a highly specialized toolchain. The mechanical design is carried out in industry-leading CAD systems, while the optical and thermal design is secured by dedicated simulation software. This guarantees maximum dimensional accuracy and functionality.

In order to enhance the atmosphere of the interior, flat light guides, indirect LED feeds or backlit surfaces are increasingly being used. Particularly in the case of very limited installation space, we rely on smart integration technologies and flat designs to integrate light seamlessly and invisibly into trim strips, door panels or instrument panels. Efficient thermal management – consisting of heat sinks, active ventilation or heat-dissipating materials – is crucial to maximise component life and prevent lighting performance degradation. These thermal loads are tested and optimized at an early stage using thermal simulations.
