Vehicle and System Development

Design and Simulation

We have our roots in developing technically sophisticated vehicle and system structures. We focus on robust structural design, efficient load paths, and targeted optimization of weight, installation space, payload, and performance.

Engineering Scope:

  • Concept development, variant analysis, feasibility studies
  • Parametric 3D design and development
  • Stiffness and strength analyses, structural and durability assessments, NVH, CFD, and thermal management
  • Lightweight construction and payload optimization (multi-material design, simulation-based design, and topology optimization)

Electrics and Electronics

The E/E architecture of modern military and government systems is a key element. Sensors, communications, power supplies, and software functions are closely interlinked, forming the foundation for reliable, robust, and operationally capable systems.

We develop and integrate E/E systems, focusing on robust design, robust system  integration, and reliable operation under demanding conditions, from architecture definition through validation.

We transfer our decades of experience from the automotive industry to the military sector. We focus exclusively on the development of robust structural and body components, safe interior concepts and complex E/E architectures. The development of engines, drives or complete drive trains is not part of our service portfolio.

We use engineering automation to make routine tasks in design and data processing noticeably more efficient. Through script-based workflows and smart algorithms, we minimize sources of error, increase process transparency and create important freedom for complex analytical engineering tasks.

We transform complex systems into interactive, digital models. With networked digital twins, we realize virtual design reviews and efficient approval processes. In addition, we develop customized augmented reality (AR) applications for visual data overlays during inspections as well as complex mixed reality (MR) solutions.
