A light-filled space is the best place to meet - whether you want to use it as a workshop area, meeting space or training room. You can also book workshop support from us and we can provide a host or event coordinator if required.
Retractable partition walls and flexible furniture offer flexible design options. The room can accommodate up to 50 people, with an ideal capacity of around 30, depending on the type of event. A separate entrance provides a high level of privacy, which can be further enhanced by the use of electric blinds on the floor-to-ceiling windows. Direct access to the garden offers a space for a different perspective.
With easy access to the motorway and parking around the building, it is easy to get here by car, while the bus stop opposite also provides a direct link to public transport.
Equipment such as an 85" screen, presentation tools (flipcharts, metaplan walls, whiteboards) and a presentation case are also available.
Coffee and cold drinks are also available and we can arrange catering if required.

csi's M.studio is a 100 m², light-flooded creative space in Munich, ideal for workshops, training courses and offsite meetings. The location can accommodate up to 50 people, with the optimal group size for collaborative formats being around 30 participants.
The M.studio can be booked for both half-day and full-day formats. Our team on site will also be happy to offer an individual solution suitable for the respective event.
Yes. The studio has a separate entrance that guarantees undisturbed work. Floor-to-ceiling windows with electric privacy screens as well as retractable partitions and mobile furniture allow maximum privacy and quick adaptation to any event format.
Yes. A big advantage of the M.studio is the direct access to your own garden. This offers a view of the countryside and can be used seamlessly for outdoor breaks, breakout sessions or networking formats.
The setup includes modern presentation technology: a high-resolution 85-inch screen, Wi-Fi, mobile whiteboards, flipcharts, metaplan walls and a fully equipped moderation case are included in the price.
The basic supply (cold drinks and coffee) is available on site. If required, the csi team organises full business catering and provides experienced workshop moderators or event coordinators.
The M.studio offers excellent transport links: it can be reached directly via the A9 motorway and has its own parking spaces directly at the building. The connection to public transport is also optimally guaranteed by the nearby Freimanner Hölzl bus stop on line 178.
