Ideas and creative thinking can flourish in this 350 square metre inspirational environment. The size of the space is ideal for the presentation of large products and/or vehicles (including a large roller shutter door) and can also be flexibly organised to host workshops, conferences or training courses, for example. You are also welcome to book workshop support from us and we will support you with a moderator or event coordinator as required.
The room can accommodate up to 200 people, with an ideal capacity of 20-60 people, depending on the type of event.
The separate entrance, opaque glazing and standard TISAX design ensure a high level of privacy.
Plenary or group workstations can be individually set up with mobile equipment and the kitchen, including a coffee machine, invites colleagues to enjoy a cosy chat over a cup of coffee.
Equipment such as projectors, flipcharts, pinboards, partitions, whiteboards and a Bluetooth speaker box are available and do not need to be brought in.
We are also happy to provide catering on request.

Depending on the seating concept, up to 200 people can be accommodated here. Booking is highly flexible and can be requested individually for half-day or full-day events.
Yes, the IN.studio is consistently geared to the safety needs of the automotive industry and is designed to be TISAX-compliant. A separate, discreet entrance, opaque glazing and a secure structure guarantee maximum privacy for sensitive workshops or prototype presentations.
Absolutely. The studio has a ground-level driveway with a large sectional door (roller door). This means that cars or bulky products can easily be driven directly to the 350 m² promotional area for car clinics, photo shoots or market launches.
The basic technical equipment is included at no extra cost: a powerful high-lumen projector, Bluetooth speaker system, mobile whiteboards, flipcharts and partitions. The entire equipment is mobile, which allows a quick switch between plenary lectures and intensive group work (breakout sessions). High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and modern air conditioning ensure optimal working conditions.
For maximum quality of results, you can book professional workshop moderation or an experienced event coordinator from csi. The physical well-being is also taken care of: On request, we can coordinate individual business catering. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee portafilter machine, refrigerator and professional dishwasher is also available directly on site.
The IN.studio is conveniently located in Ingolstadt and can be reached via the A9 motorway (exit Lenting or Ingolstadt-Nord). More than 100 free parking spaces are available for all participants directly at the location, which guarantees an uncomplicated journey and logistical handling (e.g. for equipment deliveries).
