We established a business unit called FOXBYTE over 10 years ago. Having originally come from the field of automotive vehicle development, we quickly realised that, due to growing demand, we needed to expand our portfolio across all industries. We therefore specialise in developing forward-looking software solutions in digital engineering to transform business processes and products for well-known customers. We work across various disciplines and provide comprehensive expertise.

We reduce physical prototypes to an absolute minimum at the customer's request. Through sophisticated virtual safeguards (CAE/simulation) and digital crash tests, we can identify and correct weak points in the component even before the first real tool is built. This saves enormous costs and prevents expensive late changes in series production.
A core area of our digital engineering is end-to-end data management. We integrate different software and CAD systems into a uniform product lifecycle management (PLM) architecture. Through this "single source of truth", we ensure that all departments – from design to workshop – always work with the same, up-to-date data.
Absolutely. The challenges in data processing and process digitization are universal. Our digital solutions are not only used in the classic automotive industry, but also successfully optimize complex processes in micromobility, industrial logistics or in the safety-critical defense sector.
Engineering automation is a key lever for us. By supporting design processes and repetitive routine tasks – such as the semi-automatic design of complex components and structures – with intelligent algorithms, we minimize sources of error and massively increase efficiency in series development.
We actively integrate artificial intelligence into our workflows, including as a member of the Innovation Park Artificial Intelligence (IPAI). We use AI approaches, for example, for in-house question-and-answer systems (RAG), automated data extraction from complex plans, and the smart addition of classic CAD/CAE processes.
We make CAD data visible and interactive. By developing networked digital twins and mixed reality environments, we enable real-time design reviews and virtual approvals. In addition, we use AR (augmented reality) technologies to proactively support maintenance and inspection.
Yes. Through our FOXBYTE business unit, we combine in-depth engineering know-how with modern IT expertise. We develop tailor-made software solutions, complex web applications and networked platforms to automate logistical processes or implement industry-specific planning tools, for example.
We don't look at hardware and software in isolation. By networking the classic product development process (PDP) with digital tools such as engineering automation, virtual testing and data-driven workflows, we massively shorten physical iteration loops. This is how products are created measurably faster, more error-free and more cost-efficiently.
