The shareholders and all managing directors of the csi group have decided to pay an "Inflationsausgleichsprämie" of 500,00 € to all employees in November – even if there is no legal entitlement to the compensation payment and therefore some companies are still hesitating (according to a Handelsblatt survey, only 12 of the 40 Dax companies pay an inflation bonus/16.11.2022).
In the eyes of the csi management the tool is a good way to mitigate the disadvantages of the increased consumer prices and to appreciate the good and successful work of all employees.
