At our cooking event, we break down the core elements (values, roles and rituals) of agile frameworks into the collective cooking and eating of a meal.
The participants are supervised by a Product Owner and three Agile Coaches who bring with them years of expertise in the implementation of agile working methods, and communicate the iterative procedure transparently and comprehensibly.
Working together, your team will develop the processes and work packages that are required to achieve the (project) goal. Your team needs to clarify the following:
Which team will take care of the appetizer? What steps need to be completed? And how do the members of the team react when the planning does not perfectly match the execution?
The preparation of a complex three-course menu will generate positive memories in a stylish location and demonstrate what you can achieve working as a (agile) team.
