If you ask our employees what they like about working at csi it is very likely that you will hear about a great working atmosphere, respectful interaction and informal ambience. Besides delivering quality work to our customers we are very proud about being a good employer according to our employees. This is why we are continuously engaged in maintaining our company culture at csi even though we are constantly growing further.

This contribution is mainly made by the average age of 33 which is, seen within the automotive industry, pretty low. The reason for this low average age is because we offer employment contracts to most of our great students and interns after their graduation. No matter if apprentice, student, young or experienced professional – we work together on the same eye level and put down the formal distance from the very first day on. Do you want to be part?
