Framework conditions

We work 40 hours per week with flexible working hours and a core work time from 9:00- 15:30 o'clock. This way everyone can organize working hours more or less freely. Overtime is recorded on the flex-work account and does not get deleted.

New employees get a supervisor who will be responsible for them as well as for the structural familiarization  all processes. Besides that new employees will participate in special trainings such as CATIA in the first months of employment, which will be provided by the csi academy in order to expand or refresh knowledge.

Of course our working conditions are not always as pleasant. As a developer of automobiles we are operating in a very exciting industry where there can occur variations in work flow depending on orders and projects. There can be phases of overtime hours which can only be broken down just after termination of the project.

csi offers many benefits which guarantee a lot of fun unbiased by the project situations. One factor surely is our company culture. But besides that we have many other small and big amusements: Company- and team events, sports groups, fresh fruits and water, food benefits, occupational pension,  grants for sports activities, seminars, etc.
