Hints for your application

In this section we would like to give you an insight into our application process and respond to existing questions.



If you found a job vacancy that appeals to you we are very happy to receive your online application. You will find the application button always right beneath the corresponding job. As an alternative you can also apply through an unsolicited application for not specifically indicated positions. In both cases you can use our application form where you need to indicate your personal contact data, the relevant location and upload your application documents. Besides that we are interested in how you heard about us, please let us know about that as well. As soon as you sent us your application you will receive a confirmation.

We will receive your application at the headquarters in Neckarsulm where we provide access to all applications for the responsible executives of each location so that they can make decisions about the further procedure. This process might take about 2-3 weeks; you will receive an update from our side within that time frame. If that is not the case, please contact us and we will help you out.

In order to find the best suited candidate for a vacant position we intent to be having 1-2 interviews with the most convincing candidates. In most cases the interviews will take place at the corresponding subsidiary. We do not place Assessment Centers or any other tests, but there might be the possibility that you get confronted with technical tasks and exercises during the interview. Most important for us is your former performance, sincere interest in the job and that you match our culture!



Your application should include the following documents:

1.) Letter of motivation: You can use this part of your application to present yourself. Give us an insight of who you are, what makes you stand out, what appeals to you about this position and why you would like to work at csi.

2.) CV: Please list your career stepstones in a clear form. If you want you can describe the tasks and projects of your former jobs very briefly.

3.) Grades: Please attach your latest grade statement of your educational career as well as (if existing) some job references.

4.) Certificates: If you have completed any further training or classes which can be revelevant for this kind of position please attach them to your application documents.
